BSA For Advisers™ is facilitated by experienced certified Kingdom Business Coaches. They meet once a month live or online for a 12-month period for 3 hours per session. Members participate in best practice education on various topics such as understanding the business scorecard, team development, strategic planning, marketing, and financial development, as well as discuss strategic issues concerning their practice and their lives. The education includes the Diamond of Life practice management system developed by Creative Designs founder and million-dollar producer, Mick Owens.
Membership ranges from 6 to 12 members per group and members are matched with an accountability partner with whom they meet in between meetings. They also have monthly individual sessions with a Kingdom Business Coach. Members can join at any time as long as there is availability in the group. Members are bound together through trust, a membership covenant, a common vision, and shared values. BSA For Advisers™ is currently available throughout the United States in a live and virtual format.
